This limited edition set is extremely rare. It is probably the rarest Metal Gear item in my collection as I have never seen another one since I bought my own in 1999. The set was originally mounted on the backing card and held together with a blister pack. The Snake figure came with all but one of his accessories, the missing one being the Stinger Missile Launcher which came in the regular boxed version of the figure. Oddly though, this pack did include the Stinger Missile which could be fired from the launcher.
