Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater takes the familiar framework of MGS2 and throws the player out into a whole new and unfamiliar setting. Adding a new jungle setting, the new CQC feature, and the extensive use of camouflage to blend in with your surroundings. The PAL version of the game included the demo theater, additional Snake vs Monkey mini game levels, Duel Mode and international flag facepaints. Content that the rest of the world wouldn't get their hands on until the release of Subsistence.

This version of MGS3 came in a special cardboard sleeve, exclusive to HMV stores. The sleeve was also available at a signing event, hand signed by Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa. Sadly, I didn't know about the event until after it had happened.
