Bringing Metal Gear into the 3rd Dimension on Sony's PlayStation was Metal Gear Solid. MGS is still regarded by many as the best PS1 game of all time. Taking the series in a much more cinematic direction and for the first time in the series' history, the game featured full voice acting for all characters.
